A meeting of the Rector Sergei Antonovich Kasperovich with the university staff was held at Brest State Technical University. The main focus was on discussing the upcoming elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the country's achievements over the past three decades.

The Rector began his speech with an analysis of the current political situation, emphasizing the importance of the active participation of each citizen in the elections.

"Elections are an opportunity for all residents of the country to express their position and influence the future of a peaceful, dynamically and stably developing Belarus," said Sergei Antonovich.

Next, Sergei Antonovich moved on to an overview of the successes that the Republic of Belarus has achieved over the past 30 years. He spoke about significant achievements in various sectors of the economy, science, education and culture. The Rector especially emphasized the successes in the field of high technology, where Belarus occupies a leading position among the CIS countries.

"We are proud that over these years our country has made a huge step forward in many areas of life," said Sergei Antonovich. – But it is important to remember that success does not come by itself. In the country, we need not only to live today, but also to create, develop, and create the future, so that we have something to pass on to our children.”
