On January 21, early voting in the elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus was launched. Students of the Brest State Technical University are working at polling stations as foreign observers.

Arina Ermolinskaya, a student of the Faculty of Electronic Information Systems from the Russian Federation, and Takhirjon Katakhudjaev, a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan studying at the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering, were accredited by the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Belarus as foreign observers at the upcoming elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

The students will monitor the election process and monitor compliance with the voting standards established by law. This practice helps prevent possible violations of the procedure and strengthen public confidence in the electoral system.
