From January 20 to 25, Brest State Technical University hosts events dedicated to the Day of Belarusian Science. As part of the events, an exhibition of scientific and technical developments (full-scale samples and models) of young scientists and students was held. The exhibition presents more than 10 significant scientific and technical developments of the university.
Many of the presented technologies and exhibits are advanced and promising and have a number of advantages over foreign analogues. Such as a metal structural design, which in construction practice received the name of the "BrGTU" system, peat granules, which are used in agriculture and in thermal power engineering, as well as a "Western Bypass" model, a prototype of a kinetic facade segment, a void former of a beamless floor slab, a pyramid of needs, a model of a logistics warehouse, etc. In addition, as part of the events dedicated to the Day of Belarusian Science at the university, excursions to educational and research laboratories, various master classes, lectures, seminars, presentations and exciting quizzes are held.
