The XXVIII International Scientific Conference "Construction the Formation of Living Environment" (FORM-2025), dedicated to the issues of creating a comfortable environment for humans, ended at the Brest State Technical University.
The event brought together more than 100 leading specialists in the construction industry from ten countries. The conference was organized jointly by the National Research University "Moscow State University of Civil Engineering" (NRU MGSU, Moscow) and the Brest State Technical University (BrSTU).
The forum has become a significant platform for exchanging experiences and discussing advanced trends in construction and architecture. The conference covered current topics in modern construction, such as:
Modern construction materials
Reliability of buildings and structures
Modeling and mechanics of building structures
Sustainability of design and construction
Hydraulic engineering
The reports were presented by leading scientists and industry experts. Particular attention was drawn to the speeches of BrSTU professor Viktor Vladimirovich Tura, who presented the study "New in the design of concrete structures", as well as BrSTU professor Valery Nikolaevich Derkach with the report "Problem issues and promising areas of development of stone structures".
Speakers from the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering also made interesting reports. Natalia Vitalievna Fedorova, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Member of the Council of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, Head of the Department of Industrial and Civil Engineering, presented the report "Survivability of Structures as a Response to Modern Challenges". Sergey Vladimirovich Kuznetsov, PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Professor, Acting Head of the Department of Structural and Theoretical Mechanics, presented a report entitled "Wave Fields in the Vicinity of Earthquake and Explosion Epicenters".
The Forum included a presentation of innovative solutions from Russian partners of Rusatom Construction Systems, specializing in composite materials.
The Forum provided a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and practical knowledge between specialists from different parts of the world, and to promote the formation of sustainable standards for the quality of construction and architectural design.
