Today, Brest State Technical University hosted a gala concert dedicated to a significant date – the 30th anniversary of the BrSTU Faculty of Economics.

The evening was a true celebration for faculty, students, and graduates, bringing together dozens of guests. The event's program was rich and varied, filled with musical performances and congratulatory speeches prepared by talented students and graduates of various generations.

Andrey Nikolaevich Parfievich, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at BrSTU, addressed the guests with warmest words and best wishes.

Natalya Vladimirovna Efimovich, Head of the Entrepreneurship Department of the Economics Committee of the Brest Executive Committee, delivered a congratulatory speech. For many years of fruitful scientific and pedagogical work, training highly qualified specialists and in connection with the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Faculty of Economics, Natalya Vladimirovna presented certificates and gratitude to Svetlana Aleksandrovna Bunko, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics for academic and scientific work, Daria Vladimirovna Stankevich, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics for ideological and educational work, Inna Maksimovna Garchuk, Head of the Department of Management, Gulnara Borangalievna Medvedeva, Head of the Department of Economic Theory and Logistics, Elena Ivanovna Kisel, Associate Professor of the Department of World Economy, Marketing, Investments, Andrei Gennadievich Prorovsky, Head of the Department of World Economy, Marketing, Investments, Oksana Anatolyevna Obukhovskaya, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Linguistic Disciplines and Intercultural Communications, Evgeniya Olegovna Druzhinina, Associate Professor of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Auditing.

Brest Customs Head Sergei Nikolaevich Yakuta congratulated the Faculty of Economics and presented the Certificate of Honor of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus to Sergei Antonovich Kasperovich, Rector of BrSTU, for his significant personal contribution to the training of qualified specialists for the customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus and the patriotic education of student youth. Letters of gratitude from the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus were presented to Victoria Vasilyevna Zazerskaya, Dean of the BrSTU Faculty of Economics, and Natalya Vasilyevna Potapova, Head of the Department of Accounting, Analysis, and Audit. Letters of gratitude from the Head of Brest Customs were presented to Olga Vasilyevna Prokopyuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Linguistic Disciplines and Intercultural Communications, and Olga Vladimirovna Senokosova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Accounting, Analysis, and Audit.

For outstanding academic and social achievements, Sergey Nikolaevich awarded the Brest Customs Office "For Distinction" Badge, 1st Class, to second-year students majoring in Customs, Alexander Burtik and Anna Kalinka, and the Brest Customs Office "For Distinction" Badge, 2nd Class, to third-year students majoring in Customs, Anastasia Vyaltseva and Kirill Klochko.

Victoria Vasilyevna Zazerskaya, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, delivered a welcoming speech, and congratulations were also offered by Marina Vladimirovna Shtiller, Doctor of Economics and Professor at the St. Petersburg State University of Economics; Nadezhda Yuryevna Psareva, Doctor of Economics and Professor at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation; and Galina Yakovlevna Zhiteneva, Candidate of Economics and Associate Professor at Baranovichi State University.

The faculty's graduates also participated. Sergey Mikhailovich Omelyanuk, Director of Astra WeissRussland, and Andrey Mikhailovich Kostyuchik, Deputy of the 29th Brest District Council of Deputies and Director of BelEnergyPlast LLC, joined the celebration.

Creative student groups created a truly festive atmosphere. Musical compositions and dance numbers intertwined with official congratulations, creating a lively, positive atmosphere that allowed guests to relax and enjoy the magnificent performances.

The celebratory concert was further proof that the BrSTU Faculty of Economics is a large and strong family, where everyone is important and needed.
