A meeting between students at the Faculty of Electronic Information Systems at BrSTU and representatives of Tradex, a resident of the High-Tech Park and one of the leading crypto exchanges in Belarus, was held.
At the beginning of the meeting, the students delved into the history of money: from traditional financial instruments to the emergence and development of cryptocurrencies. Particular attention was paid to the development of the cryptosphere in the Republic of Belarus, legislative initiatives, and the specifics of digital asset regulation in the country.
The speakers provided a detailed explanation of trading mechanisms, market structure, and modern cryptocurrency tools. Students learned how exchange rates are formed, the existing trading strategies, and how to analyze market conditions.
Security was a key topic of the meeting. Tradex representatives discussed the types of fraud faced by crypto exchange users and ways to protect platforms from hacks and illegal activities. Real-life case studies were discussed, and practical advice on preserving digital assets was given.
Following the educational portion, students were able to ask the speakers questions. The meeting generated lively interest: market development prospects, opportunities for young professionals, and the requirements for blockchain and cryptocurrency professions were discussed.
